Ordering Online

To place an order online, simply add the items you’d like to purchase to your basket. If you are a returning customer you can sign into your account, if you are a new customer you can either create a new account or continue as a guest user. You will enter (or select) your preferred delivery and billing addresses and enter your payment details. Payments are secured by Sage Pay for complete peace of mind, and we never share your details with anyone. At the end of the checkout process, a confirmation of your order will appear on-screen. Print this receipt for your records. A confirmation of your order will also be emailed to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us by email or by telephone on 020 8655 6243.

Ways to Pay

We accept online payment from Visa and MasterCard debit and credit cards.

If you prefer not to send your debit/credit card details via the internet, you may call us directly at 020 8655 6243 to complete your order.

You must pay in full for the products (including any applicable delivery charges) at the time of placing your order.

Please note, we are unable to accept Diners Card, and we can only accept American Express through PayPal.

All our prices are displayed in GBP sterling.

We do not accept payment by debit/credit card in cases where the goods are to be released to a third party. For example, customers who would like a courier to collect their order from our premises should send payment by electronic bank transfer, not by debit/credit card.

In the unlikely event that that the incorrect price is displayed for a product on the website, due to human error, or a system glitch, we reserve the right to cancel any orders made for products at the incorrect price and refund in full all monies that have been paid. We are not obliged to honour the incorrect price for any future orders, should this occur we will contact you and advise of this circumstance as soon as possible.

Customers who would like to collect the goods themselves may pay by debit/credit card but they must bring their debit/credit card with them and pay using chip and pin verification.
